Get ready Wranglers fans! The big man, the legend, the one and only Luke Maranka is returning to the Glass City Wranglers for the 2024/2025 BSL season!?
That's right, the 6'10" power forward who rocked the court last year with his monster blocks and earth-shattering dunks is ready to bring the thunder once again!
"We're absolutely pumped to have Luke back," says Wranglers CEO Joshua Radtkin. "He's not just an incredible player, he's an amazing guy who connects with the fans and brings a whole lotta energy to the team. We can't wait to see him dominate this season!"
Luke's ready to bring the heat too! "I'm stoked to be back in Toledo and ready to give it my all this season," says Maranka. "Last year was awesome, but this year we're taking it to the next level! Let's go Wranglers!"
Luke's got the skills and the experience to back up his words. He started his college career at the University of Toledo before finishing strong at Davenport University. And when he's not schooling opponents on the court, he's helping people plan their financial futures at Western & Southern Life. Talk about a well-rounded Wrangler!
But that's not all! Luke's got some exciting news off the court too – he tied the knot with his sweetheart Raygen this spring, and they're expecting their first little Wrangler in March! Congratulations Luke and Raygen!
